Rain or Shine. The fair WILL operate - Rain or Shine. NO refunds will be given due to weather.
Rain or Shine. This agreement is for services to be rendered rain or shine. Vendor has the right, in good faith, to interrupt, postpone, or cancel any or all parts of the Scope of Services addendum in the event of inclement weather and/or any other conditions which Vendor, or Producer, regard as hazardous to any person, persons, or equipment. Any such interruptions, postponement, or cancellations to any or all parts of the Scope of Services addendum for such reasons shall not reduce the full compensation payable to Vendor specified herein.
Rain or Shine. In the event this show is not presented because of inclement weather and ARTIST is present and ready to perform, PURCHASER must pay ARTIST in full.
Rain or Shine. ANTHEMIC anticipates that the Event will be held regardless of the weather. If the Event cannot be held on the scheduled dates, ANTHEMIC will make good faith efforts to re-schedule the Event. The Sponsor must provide the consideration in Section 2 regardless of whether the Event is actually held.
Rain or Shine. Bookings are not subject to weather. If your event is outside, I recommend having an alternate location available. Cancellation on day of event due to weather will result in loss of $50 deposit fee, however, you may reschedule another event within 30 days of event date with no additional deposit fee, if availability permits. Adult supervision: My services are not to be treated as child care. Responsible adults must be present at all times. Balloons and balloon pieces pose a serious risk of suffocation and choking, especially for those ages 5 and under. Adult supervision is required as I do not recommend giving balloons to those ages 5 and under. As part of this agreement, you accept any and all risks associated with the safety of those attending your event.
Rain or Shine. The FESTIVAL is a RAIN or SHINE event.

  • Mentor the role of the mentor is to provide support, encouragement and information to the trainee on the life and experience relative to the enterprise (culture of the enterprise, informal codes and conducts, etc.). Normally, the mentor should be a different person than the supervisor.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.
