Ramp Metering. Ramp meters have been considered in the SR-11 design. Where toll collection facilities are not placed, costs for ramp metering equipment and installation have been accounted for. The location is assumed to be on the SR-11 eastbound on-ramp of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive Interchange.
