Random. All employees are subject to random drug testing. The frequency of random drug testing shall be set at a rate to be determined by the Medical Review Officer. The random selection of the testing dates and personnel to be tested shall be accomplished by the use of a computer program. All employees shall be placed in a common selection pool (by facility). Those employees away from work on a day they are selected for testing shall be placed back in the selection pool for future testing.
