Rate Elements. The following rate elements apply to operator services. Operator services are provided to CLEC for resale with resold local exchange lines at the CenturyLink retail price less the wholesale discount contained in Exhibit A, if any. Operator services are provided to CLEC as a facilities-based provider at the market-based prices contained in Exhibit A. 10.7.3.1 Operator services are priced on a per call basis, as follows.
