Rate of Compensation. (a) Day Shift: Compensation for overtime shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the hourly rate for hours worked to the nearest one- quarter (1/4) hour. (b) Other Shifts: Overtime worked in addition to a shift, other than day shift, will be paid for at two (2) times the differential rate.
