Rate of pay increases a) The employer will ensure that the Agreement complies with the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard throughout the operation of the Agreement, including any increases to the relevant Australian Pay and Classification Scale or the Federal Minimum Wage, as applicable to the employee. b) The ordinary rate of pay prescribed in this Agreement will be reviewed annually and increases will take into account the employee’s overall work performance and will be in line with any increase in the Australian Pay and Classification Scales or the Federal Minimum Wage, as applicable to the employee.
Rate of pay increases. The Total Hourly Rate will increase over the nominal life of the Agreement as set out below (with effect from the first full pay period following the relevant date): 12 months from date of approval of this Agreement by FWC $50.52 (3%) 24 months from date of approval of this Agreement by FWC $52.04 (3%)
Rate of pay increases. The rates of pay prescribed in clause 18 of this Agreement will be effective on the Agreement being approved by a majority of relevant employees who cast a valid vote. Rate of pay increases. The ordinary rate of pay prescribed in this Agreement (Appendix 1A) will increase by 4% from the first full pay period on or after the 1st January each year until the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.

  • Rate of Payment Community service leave for voluntary community service is granted with pay for the first three days leave in a twelve month period to all employees except casual employees.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a TTOC shall be paid 1/189 of their category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

  • Pay Increases The District shall make a lump sum payment of an agreed-upon retroactive wage increase resulting from this contract or any amendments thereto within ninety (90) days of the agreement between the District and the Association.

  • Rate Increases In the event that this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 3.1.2, the rate set forth in Exhibit “C” may be adjusted each year at the time of renewal as set forth in Exhibit “C.”

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.
