Rate of Pay. (i) An Employee engaged on a part-time basis shall be paid per hour 1/36 of the gross weekly ordinary all purpose rate of pay plus any applicable allowances, plus a 20% all-purpose loading. This loading shall not apply where: (ii) an existing full-time Employee requests in writing to the Employer to become part-time; and
