Rate Period Clause Samples
The Rate Period clause defines the specific duration during which a particular rate, such as an interest rate or service fee, is applicable under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates of the rate's effectiveness, and may specify how rates are adjusted or reviewed at the end of each period. By clearly establishing the timeframe for which a rate applies, the clause ensures both parties understand when rate changes may occur and helps prevent disputes over billing or payment calculations.
