Common use of RATES DEFINED Clause in Contracts

RATES DEFINED. For the purposes of this section, the base hourly rate shall be the hourly rate as set forth for each classification in Appendix A. For purposes of this section, the regular rate shall be as defined under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and, consistent with the FLSA, shall include additional compensation such as applicable premium payments pursuant to Article 15 of this Memorandum and other premiums and differentials as applicable as specified under the FLSA.
