Rating Change. Promptly notify Agent and each of the Banks of any change in Company's ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Rating or S&P Rating and furnish Agent and each of the Banks with a copy of any report issued by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ or S&P in connection therewith.
