Common use of Rating Change Clause in Contracts

Rating Change. Each of the Borrowers shall within 72 hours after any officer of OSG becomes aware of any change in the rating by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or S&P of OSG’s publicly-traded senior unsecured long-term debt securities, give notice of such change to the Administrative Agent.
