Common use of Readiness for Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Readiness for Occupancy. The Premises shall be deemed ready for occupancy on the earliest date on which all of the following conditions (the “Occupancy Conditions”) have first been met: (a) Substantial Completion of Work. The Work has been substantially completed; and it shall be so deemed notwithstanding the fact that minor or insubstantial details of construction, mechanical adjustment, or decoration remain to be performed, the noncompletion of which does not materially interfere with Tenant’s beneficial use of the Premises for their intended purposes;
