Common use of Real-Time Reporting Clause in Contracts

Real-Time Reporting. Instantaneous computerized translation of the proceeding displayed on a monitor creating an instant transcript on a Requesting Agency computer screen as a trial or deposition occurs. The Requesting Agency connects its device (laptop, tablet, mini-computer, etc.) directly into the Reporter laptop and receives an unedited copy of the transcript within seconds of the words being spoken. This allows Requesting Agency to make notes in the text and highlight portions for future reference. Upon request, Reporter will supply a device for Requesting Agency use.
