Reallocation Downward. If a position is reallocated to a class in a lower salary range, and the salary of the employee exceeds the maximum of the new range, the employee shall be placed in the new class and shall retain their current salary. In addition, the employee shall receive any across-the-board wage increase as provided by this Agreement.

Reallocation Downward. When an employee’s position is reallocated to a position title in a lower salary group, the employee shall be permitted to continue at the employee’s present rate of pay during period of incumbency (except in the event of general service-wide reductions), but shall not be entitled to a salary increase in the fiscal year of reallocation.

  • Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable.
