Common use of Reassignments and Transfers Clause in Contracts

These terms reflect changes that are initiated for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the following: o Vacancies that must be filled. o Changes in student enrollment at a school or in a program and/or projected changes in enrollment. o Programmatic needs. o Staffing needs. o To improve working relationships or work environments. o To accommodate employee requests and/or needs.

Reassignments and Transfers. These terms reflect changes that are initiated for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the following: o Vacancies that must be filled. o Changes in student enrollment at a school or in a program and/or projected changes in enrollment. o Programmatic needs. o Staffing needs. o To improve working relationships or work environments. o To accommodate employee requests and/or needs. Employees will be notified of their assignments for the coming school year by May 15. The notice will include the school(s)/worksite(s), grade level, and subject, if applicable.
