Common use of Rebates, Kickbacks and Reciprocal Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Rebates, Kickbacks and Reciprocal Arrangements. No rebates or give-ups may be received by the Managing Member or its Affiliates nor may the Managing Member or its Affiliates participate in any reciprocal business arrangements which would circumvent the restrictions on Managing Member imposed by this Agreement.
