Common use of Recall Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Recall Guarantee. Any hourly rated employee who, after leaving the Company's premises, is called in at any time outside his normal working hours shall be through when the job is over but shall nevertheless be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the regular rate or for hours he or she actually worked at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is the greater.
