Common use of Receipt and Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Receipt and Delivery Points. 5.1 Receipt Point(s). Shipper shall deliver Gas tendered pursuant to this Agreement as set forth on the Individual Transaction Confirmation and at any other mutually agreeable receipt point (the "Receipt Point(s)"). Unless otherwise specified, Shipper shall deliver Gas at a pressure not to exceed the pressure set forth in the Individual Transaction Confirmation.
