Receipt Points Clause Samples

The 'Receipt Points' clause defines the specific locations where goods are considered to be officially received by the buyer or another designated party. In practice, this clause identifies physical sites such as warehouses, ports, or other agreed-upon facilities where the transfer of possession or risk occurs. By clearly establishing these points, the clause helps prevent disputes over when and where responsibility for the goods shifts, ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of misunderstandings between the parties.
