The Parties shall exchange Reciprocal Compensation Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA designated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Each Party shall provide to the other Party, in accordance with this Agreement, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, interconnection at (i) any technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA and/or (ii) a fiber meet point to which the Parties mutually agree under the terms of this Agreement, for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.
The Transmission Developer’s Transmission Project and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s transmission system shall interconnect at the Points of Interconnection set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The purpose of the Scoping Meeting shall be to discuss alternative interconnection options, to exchange information including any transmission data that would reasonably be expected to impact such interconnection options, to analyze such information and to determine the potential feasible Points of Interconnection.
