Receipt of Commissions. All commissions will be received by N A Nationwide Mortgage. Loan Originator’s share of such commissions shall be payable to Loan Originator within 10 days of delivery and approval by Loan Originator to N A Nationwide Mortgage of the complete closed Loan Package, for its review and approval within 30 days of close of escrow for the loan.

Receipt of Commissions. Independent Contractor agrees that commissions for all bookings booked under Company’s IATA, ARC or CLIA numbers will be paid to Company. Should Independent Contractor authorize or request that any travel vendor send commissions directly to Independent Contractor when using Company’s IATA, ARC or CLIA, this Agreement will terminate and Independent Contractor will forfeit any and all unpaid commissions.   • Payment of Commissions Payments of selling commissions and any other fees due to the Dealer pursuant to this Agreement will be made by the Dealer Manager to the Dealer. Selling commissions and such other fees and expense reimbursements due to the Dealer pursuant to this Agreement will be paid to the Dealer within 30 days after their receipt by the Dealer Manager. The Dealer, in its sole discretion, may authorize the Dealer Manager to deposit selling commissions and any other fees or payments due to it pursuant to this Agreement directly to its bank account. If the Dealer so elects, the Dealer shall provide such deposit authorization and instructions in Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Receipt of Communications Any communication received by the Custodian on a day which is not a Business Day or after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time (or such other time as is agreed by the Company and the Custodian from time to time), on a Business Day will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day (but in the case of communications so received after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time, on a Business Day the Custodian will use its best efforts to process such communications as soon as possible after receipt).

  • Payment of Commission 7 (1) The Company may exercise the power to make payments by way of brokerage or commission conferred by the Law in the manner provided by the Law. 7 (2) Payments by way of brokerage or commission may be satisfied by the payment of cash and, after the Establishment Period, by the allotment of fully or partly paid shares, or partly by the payment of cash and partly by the allotment of fully or partly paid shares.

  • Receipt of Product The Contractor shall be solely responsible for assuring that deliveries are made to personnel authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the Authorized User. Any losses resulting from the Contractor’s failure to deliver Product to authorized personnel shall be borne exclusively by the Contractor.
