Receiver’s Relocation Right Clause Samples

The Receiver’s Relocation Right clause grants the receiver the authority to move or relocate certain assets, operations, or activities under their control. In practice, this means that if a receiver is appointed—often in the context of insolvency or default—they may transfer property, equipment, or business functions to a new location as they see fit to maximize value or efficiency. This clause is essential for providing the receiver with flexibility to manage and preserve the value of the assets, ensuring that logistical or operational constraints do not hinder the receiver’s ability to fulfill their duties.
