Common use of Recertification Process Clause in Contracts

Recertification Process. During each year of this Agreement, Covered California will evaluate Contractor for recertification based on an assessment process conducted by Covered California in accordance with its procedures and on a basis consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
