Recertification Process. DFR shall be responsible for certifying each Contractor selling QHPs through VHC on a tri-annual basis. During each Contract year, the State will evaluate Contractor based on an assessment process conducted by the State in accordance with its procedures and on a basis consistent with applicable Laws.
