Reciprocal Referrals Sample Clauses
The Reciprocal Referrals clause establishes a mutual agreement between parties to refer potential clients or business opportunities to each other. In practice, this means that when one party encounters a client whose needs are better served by the other party, they will make an introduction or recommendation, and vice versa. This clause helps both parties expand their client base and fosters a collaborative business relationship by formalizing the process of exchanging referrals.
