RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT DESCRIPTION. Pursuant to the Certification of Representation, issued by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 13-RC-162896 the University hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for employees outlined in Section 1 below, and excluding those referred to in Section 2 below.

Pursuant to the Certification of Representation, issued by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 13-RC-162896 RC-284411 the University hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for employees outlined identified in Section 1 belowbelow (collectively, “Represented Workers”), and excluding those referred to identified in Section 2 below.
