Recognition and Exclusions. 1:01 The Company recognizes the Union as sole bargaining agent of all employees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Spring-Kingsville Plant, at Kingsville, Ontario, save and except Foremen, persons above the rank of Foremen, office and sales staff. 1:02 The Company will negotiate at all times necessary in the manner provided herein with the chosen accredited representatives of the Union, for the purpose of determining any disputes which may now exist or which may arise as to wages, hours, working conditions or any other questions affecting the employees.
