The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2426, as the sole bargaining agent as set out in Certificate Number 198-92 issued by the Alberta Labour Relations Board. For clarity, the parties agree that the Union's bargaining unit includes only those employees who fall into the categories of "blue-collar/outside workers."
