Common use of Recognition and Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Recognition and Negotiation. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2426, as the sole bargaining agent as set out in Certificate Number 198-92 issued by the Alberta Labour Relations Board. For clarity, the parties agree that the Union's bargaining unit includes only those employees who fall into the categories of "blue-collar/outside workers."
