RECOGNITION AND NEGOTIATIONS. 3.1 The Library recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local Union 402-02 Library Workers as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all of its employees save and except the following: Chief Librarian Professional Librarians Manager, Administrative Services Administrative Assistants Manager, Fund Development and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the Parties aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them. 3.2 No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Library or their representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement.
