RECOGNITION CLAUSE. 1. The Board of Education at its regular meeting on June 1, 1970 officially recognized the St. ▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Teachers Association, for the purpose of professional negotiations under K.S.A. 72- 5413, et seq., as the exclusive representative for the teachers' unit of the professional employees. 2. The bargaining unit shall be defined as those employees of the Board in positions which require a certificate issued by the State Board of Education, but shall not mean any such person who is an administrative employee.
