RECOGNITION CLAUSE. A. The District recognizes the Lane Unified Bargaining Council/the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Education Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all regular and temporary licensed employees including nurses. B. Specifically excluded from the bargaining unit are substitutes, supervisory, and administrative employees.
