RECOGNITION OF THE PARTIES Sample Clauses

The recognition-of-the-parties clause formally identifies and acknowledges the legal entities or individuals entering into the agreement. It typically specifies the full legal names, addresses, and sometimes the roles or capacities of each party involved, ensuring there is no ambiguity about who is bound by the contract. This clause is essential for establishing the parties' identities, which helps prevent disputes over contractual obligations and ensures that the agreement is enforceable against the correct entities.
