Common use of Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee. There shall be two (2) Union Stewards for the bargaining unit. The Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to represent any employee at grievance procedure meetings. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may assist any employee who the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ represents, in preparing and presenting a grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
