Recognition of Union Stewards. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. All elected officers of the Union (President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, Recording Secretary) are also recognized as Union Stewards. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, subject to Article 9.04, may assist any Employee whom the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ represents in preparing and presenting their grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
