Common use of Reconciliation of records Clause in Contracts

Reconciliation of records. The Principal Paying Agent will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

Reconciliation of records. The Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

The Principal Paying Agent or the Non-US Registrar will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

Reconciliation of records. The Principal Paying Agent will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes represented by that Global Note with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes that Global Note and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

Reconciliation of records. The Principal Paying Agent will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes Bonds with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes Bonds and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

The Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as applicable, will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

Reconciliation of records. The Principal Paying Agent will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes Securities with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes Securities and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.
