Common use of Reconversion to Lump Sum Clause in Contracts

Reconversion to Lump Sum. If the Contractor subsequently: (a) Recovers all lost time and puts the work back on schedule; and (b) Remedies all breaches of Notices of Non-Compliant Work; and (c) Supplies a proper breakdown and accounting pursuant to any Change Orders utilizing a Force Account; then the sums withheld while either or all of the events existed will be again converted to a lump sum.
