Common use of Record of service Clause in Contracts

Record of service. 26.01 The Employer shall provide each employee with an electronic statement of the number of sick leave and vacation leave credits to which the employee was entitled as of the preceding December thirty-first of that year. 26.02 The Employer shall prepare a list of employees and shall make this list available to the Union in a mutually agreeable electronic format during January of each year. This list shall include the classification, commencement date and amount of seniority accumulated for each employee. A copy of the list shall be posted on the appropriate bulletin board at each work location.
