Recording and Filing of Documents. The Loan Documents have been executed and delivered and, as appropriate, filed and recorded in the manner described in the Senior Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent covenants and agrees that the Liens and other security interests created and perfected by the Loan Documents and the filing and recording thereof (if required) cover only the collateral described in the Loan Documents and not the Equipment leased under and described on the Equipment Schedules and the Gaming Equipment described on the Collateral Schedules. The Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Senior Lenders, does not have and shall not claim a Lien or other security interest in or with respect to the Equipment leased under and described on the Equipment Schedules or the Gaming Equipment described on the Collateral Schedules.

Recording and Filing of Documents. The Obligor will cause all appropriate financing and continuation statements and other security instruments to be recorded and filed in such manner and in such places as may be required by law to fully preserve and protect the rights and security of the Bondowners, the Trustee and the Issuer.   • Precedence of Documents In the event of any conflict between the body of this Agreement and any Exhibit or Attachment hereto, the terms and conditions of the body of this Agreement shall control and take precedence over the terms and conditions expressed within the Exhibit or Attachment. Furthermore, any terms or conditions contained within any Exhibit or Attachment hereto which purport to modify the allocation of risk between the parties, provided for within the body of this Agreement, shall be null and void.

  • Approval of Documents The form and substance of all certificates, instruments and other documents required to be delivered to the Seller under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to the Seller and its counsel.
