Recording of Time. 1. Employees are required to 'sign on' by recording their start time when commencing work and 'sign off' by recording a finish time when ceasing work.
2. Employees are required to record the duration of their lunch break on their timesheet.
3. Employees must register their own time daily.
4. Clause 29, Disciplinary Procedures of this Agreement will be applied to any case of deliberate falsification of flexitime records.
5. Employees attending conferences, seminars, training sessions, for a whole day will be considered as working standard hours for that day. If required hours of course attendance are in excess of a 'normal day' the employee should declare this on training attendance documentation and discuss claim of flextime/leave in lieu at time of attendance being authorised.
Recording of Time. An overtime (OT) accrual bank will be maintained to keep track of an individual’s eligibility and amount of overtime. Whenever a person is contacted to work overtime and either accepts or accepts then rejects the overtime, the appropriate amount of hours will be added to the bargaining unit member’s overtime (OT) accrual bank. The bargaining unit member’s position on the overtime call list will be based on the hours in the overtime (OT) accrual bank. A person already working one segment of shift on overtime shall not be charged for declining a second segment of overtime on the same shift. If however, the person is not contacted before the needed position was filled, then his/her overtime (OT) accrual bank, would not be charged the time. Division Chiefs will be responsible for entering all overtime into the overtime (OT) accrual banks of those individuals assigned to their division or working in their division on a temporary basis. All personnel assigned to days will be eligible for overtime provided they meet the standards set by administration.
Recording of Time. An employee must record all hours worked. The time record must indicate the time the employee began work and ended work.

Recording of Time. The Employer shall provide a time recording device to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time when they start and finish work and when they commence and return from meal periods and such other recordings as may be required by the Employer. The Manager or their designate’s approval of employee inputted time is required.
Recording of Time. Vendor will record the true and accurate time Vendor’s employees and Subcontractors expend for WVUS.
4.3.1. Vendor shall instruct its employees and Subcontractors to record their actual time expended, rounding off time in no more than 10-minute increments.
4.3.2. Vendor shall not alter time recorded by its employees or Subcontractors.
4.3.3. Vendor is not required to record time for a task or activity in 4.2.2.
Recording of Time. The SCC shall provide a time recording device to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work and the time they commence and return from meal periods and such other recordings as may be required by the SCC. Approval of employee inputted time is required by the Manager or his/her designate.
Recording of Time. (a) Time spent by employees during their scheduled work hours, including flexed work hours, that is spent representing the union will be considered hours worked.
(b) Time spent for union representation shall be recorded on the employee’s timecard using one of the following codes:
(1) Union Business: Time spent conducting union business including meetings, grievance processing, negotiations, new employee orientations, etc.
Recording of Time. 26.7.1 Supervisors must provide reasonable notice to a casual employee of the hours they are expected to work prior to engagement.
26.7.2 The working by a casual employee of hours in excess of those prescribed by clause 26.7.1 requires approval from the casual employee’s supervisor, where practicable.
26.7.3 Casual employees will submit their time worked through the University approved timekeeping system and supervisors are accountable for approving that time within the timeframes advised by People & Culture.
26.7.4 Where there is disagreement between the supervisor and the casual employee in relation to the time recorded, the supervisor must discuss this with the employee within 5 days of a disagreement raised. Where disagreement remains, the supervisor and/or the employee will discuss the dispute with the supervisor’s supervisor and/or People & Culture Business Partner.
Recording of Time. You acknowledge that we will keep full records of legal work and support services for the Client including computer records of time spent in performing each of the several legal tasks required. You acknowledge that, for each specific task, there may be specific costs allowed or allowable under a Court scale of costs for Solicitors (or other Court allowances), and you engage us on the basis that legal services will be charged at the Rate set out in the Costs Schedule and agree to pay the legal costs upon presentation of accounts. The Solicitor’s time recording shall be conclusive evidence of the time spent by the Solicitor and work done (including their staff) in providing legal and support services. DISBURSEMENTS: All disbursements are to be paid in advance to DeGaris Lawyers Trust Account prior to commencement of work or as otherwise required by DeGaris Lawyers. All disbursements and office expenses paid on behalf of you will be paid on an indemnity basis. Any Counsel fee, expert fee or other direct cost incurred for you will be paid forthwith by you. If the Solicitor has obtained a quote for any experts report, you will forthwith place sufficient funds into our Trust Account to cover such anticipated disbursement cost. RENDERING
