Recordkeeping and Audit Rights. Contractor shall maintain all records relating to the performance of this Agreement for at least 18 months, or such longer period as may be required by applicable laws pertaining to retention of such records, following performance of this Agreement including during the period following termination. The records maintained by Contractor will include without limitation shipping documents and receipts and other supporting documentation.
