Records and Files. 1. The processing of all grievance documents, communications and records shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants and shall be accessible only to the parties in interest and the aggrieved teacher or teachers. 2. Forms for filing and processing grievances and other necessary documents shall be prepared by the Superintendent or the Superintendent's designee with the approval of the Union, and made available through the Union's building representative, the Superintendent's office or the school office. 3. All grievances and decisions with reasons therefor shall be in writing.
