Common use of Records and Materials Clause in Contracts

Records and Materials. In addition to the plan itself, materials, records, and/or portfolios developed as a result of an employee’s participation in a PGP, unless funded by the District, shall be the sole property of the employee and shall not be retained in the employee’s personnel file or used by the District in any way in its evaluation of the employee, except to note that the employee has voluntarily entered a professional growth plan.
