Records Availability. FHMC and RROP shall make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary or any other officer or employee of the Department of Health and Human Services to whom authority has been delegated for purposes of determining the Practice's compliance with the Privacy Standards.
