Common use of RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Clause in Contracts

RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS. The Parties are required to maintain such records, to share information, and to make such reports as are stated in Section 4.4.1, 4.4.3, and 4.4.5 of the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO Operating Procedures, the CAISO Specifications, and in Schedule 11. Additionally, the Parties shall jointly perform a review following a major Outage as provided in Section 7.7.13.1 of the CAISO Tariff.
