Common use of Records of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Records of Meetings. During the design phases described above under A1.2 and A1. 3.1 through A1.3.3, .Design Professional shall make and maintain minutes of meetings at which owner is present and all other meetings with subconsultants and/or authorities having jurisdiction at which decisions are made of direction is received that affect Owner’s costs for the project or the time of completion thereof. Minutes shall be distributed not later than the end of the second business day after the meeting.
