Recovery of Overpayments. (1) If a practitioner is paid for work not subsequently performed or is otherwise overpaid, the Employer will, after consultation with the practitioner, make adjustments to the practitioner’s subsequent fortnightly salary payments. (2) A one-off overpayment will be recovered in the pay period immediately following the pay period in which it was made, or in the period immediately following the pay period in which it was discovered that overpayment had occurred. (3) Cumulative overpayments will be recovered at a rate agreed between the Employer and the practitioner. The rate shall not be less than the rate at which it was overpaid or $75 per week (Levels 1 - 12) or $100 per week (Levels 13 - 23), whichever is the lesser amount per pay period.
