Recreation Center Plans Change Orders. Once approved pursuant to Section 3.03(b), no material change to the Recreation Center Plans shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Parties, provided, however, the Parties will agree to change orders in the ordinary course of construction projects of similar scope and design to render the Recreation Center fully functional and useable for its intended purpose, so long as (i) the scope or design of the Recreation Center is not changed, or (ii) there are no upgrades in building materials or finishes (except to the extent of a corresponding savings in other material or finish line items).
