Rectification, Erasure, Restriction. 3.9.1 If legally required and Customer is unable to perform the applicable task itself, or if provided so in the services description contained in the Master Agreement, Flexera shall rectify, erase, restrict or transmit Customer Personal Data upon Customer’s request as soon as possible but at the latest within 30 days upon notice. Any erasure of Customer Personal Data pursuant to this Sec. 3.9 shall be executed in such a manner that restoring or recovering such data is rendered reasonably impossible.
