Recurring Billing. By starting Your Subscription Term, You authorize Licensor to charge You a recurring subscription fee at the then current rate for the duration of the Term that You purchased. When You provide payment information to Licensor or to one of Licensor’s payment processors, You represent that You are the authorized user of any credit or debit card, PIN, key or account associated with that payment, and You authorize Licensor to charge Your credit or debit card or to process Your payment with the chosen third-party payment processor on a recurring basis.
