Common use of Recurring Billing Clause in Contracts

Recurring Billing. By executing an Order Form, Customer authorizes Provider to charge Customer any monthly fees at the rates set forth on the Order Form (the “Monthly Fees”), and any other charges Customer may incur in connection with Customer’s use of the Services to Customer’s Payment Method. Customer acknowledges that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that may include late payment fees or access to the Services for additional Authorized Users, and Customer authorizes Provider to charge Customer’s Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly in one or more charges.
